Question: Are these products safe for dogs / pets?
Answer: This is one of our most frequently asked questions. We understand that your dogs / pets are part of your family, so of course you want to keep them safe! A common misconception is that the products we use are harmful to pets. As long as you are following the instructions left by your technician regarding how long to keep off the lawn after an application, rest assured your pets are perfectly fine to frolick on the grass. This also applies for small children.

Question: Do you use all natural / organic products?
Answer: Absolutely. We can tailor our services and products to your comfort. If you feel more comfortable having us use all natural / organic products, we can definitely accommodate. There are some services that do require pesticides for the effectiveness of the treatment such as grub control and pre-emergent crabgrass control. Our professionals would be more than happy to have a consultation with you prior to those applications so that we can put your mind at ease.

Question: I'd like to know ahead of time when someone will be at my property for applications. Can I be notified prior?
Answer: Of course! Prior to your first service, whether lawn or pest, you will receive a phone call from us. At that point, you'll be asked if you'd like to continue being called, texted, or emailed prior to every service. We will notate your preference in our system to ensure you are contacted via whichever method you prefer.
Question: How can I discontinue my services?
Answer: We'd hate to see you go, but we do understand that there can be many different factors that may cause you to cancel our services. If you haven't already spoken to Eme or Dylan regarding your cancellation, simply call us and we can assist in discontinuing your services. Keep us in mind for any future services that you may need, and we can sign you back up in a jiffy!
Question: How can I sign up for services?
Answer: We'd love to serve you! If you haven't already checked out our "Services" page, feel free to browse around a bit! If you already know what service(s) you'd like to receive, call or email us and we can have you on the schedule within a few days to receive a quote. Question: How do I pay for my services?
Answer: We accept all forms of payment; credit, debit, check and cash! We have an online payment portal for your convenience where you can view your services for the season, pay per application, or prepay! To register your account, click the 'Payment Portal' button on our 'Payments' page. You will need your assigned Customer Number to register, so contact us if you do not have that information readily available and we'd be happy to provide that to you!
